What is karat?
Karat is simply used to indicate the purity of gold. Gold is actually a mixture of gold and other metals. 24-karat is pure gold(999% gold, 24K), 18-karat is 75% pure, and 14-karat is 58.33% pure gold. Can I find 100% pure white gold?
No. White gold, is yellow gold with added alloys to give it a white appearance. We offer 14-karat and 18-karat white gold, which means that either 14 or 18 parts of the actual metal, out of a total of 24 are gold. What is a carat?

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of the order just click on the Order Status either in the bottom or the Information bar on the left side of the web page or just the click on the blue hyperlink in this text. Sign in using your username and password after that put in your order number into the fields given, and you can view your order status.

How long will it take for me to get my ring once I order it?
We promise to make every effort to get your ring to you in a prompt manner. However, certain sizes, materials, and handmade wedding bands require 4-7 working days to manufacture and plus the shipping days.
When planning your order we suggest planning for this manufacture time, along with the shipping time, which you can choose from our many options.

How can I find out my ring size?
By clicking on the “Ring Sizer” link, located under the Information bar on the left side of the web page. Another alternative is to go to a local jeweler and get your ring finger sized by your local jeweler.

I know my ring size in other international measurements. How can I find out how to convert it to American measurements?

I am between two ring sizes, how can I order a ring in my size?
If for example, you are between sizes, order your ring to the closest LARGER size. Example: For size 9.75 order size 10. Please indicate to size the wedding band to 9.75 in the Comments section of the Checkout form.

If I order my ring and it does not fit me can I get it resized?
If the wedding ring you ordered does not fit your finger size, you can return it once within Thirty (30) days from the date shipped to be sized or exchanged for the proper size. Just specify your correct finger size. You will be charged for sizing and shipping the wedding ring back to you.
Please note Diamond wedding bands cannot be resized. They must be ordered to your exact size.

What is Comfort Fit ?
The inside of the wedding band has a rounded finish that will not pinch the skin of the finger and provides comfort for constant wear, resulting in a secure fit that still slides easily.

Finishing Styles
A matte finish is a typical sanded finish with no sheen.
The satin finish has a low to medium luster appearance.
A brush finish is softens the overall look of the metal of the ring.
A shiny finish is our standard finish that comes on all bands unless otherwise noted in the specific ring description.
