Custom Orders
Contrary to popular belief, almost all jewelry can be altered with the right level of craftsmanship. Our talented jewelers can perform alterations to customize your pieces, such as increasing/decreasing the number of precious stones, and changing ring width (with the exception of classic rings). Such customized orders are non-refundable unless we have made an error. However, we reserve the legal right to attempt corrections prior to granting a refund. Shipping & Handling
All packages shipped from our manufacturer are 100% insured until it has been signed at your doorstep. To guarantee this, a signature is required for all FedEx shipments.
Shipping to an Address that is Different from your Billing Address
To keep your shipment secret from a loved one, you may wish to ship to an address different from your credit card billing address. To ensure security, we recommend alerting your credit card company.
Saturday Delivery Service
If you are unable to sign for your package during the week, a specially scheduled Saturday shipment may be available to you. This is based on your local FedEx location. Please contact us for further information.
Shipment Abroad
We currently ship to these countries to APO & FPO addresses via USPS priority mail at no extra cost
All international deliveries are via FedEx International Priority, with a flat rate of $90 per shipment. If your country is not listed here, please contact us. Orders paid via bank wire transfer will receive a 1.5% discount to insure against loss or damage.

Bank Wire Transfer
You will receive a 1.5% discount if you pay via bank wire transfer. A private email will be sent to you with further instructions, if you choose this method at checkout.
Our return policy:
All items included in your shipment must be returned in order to receive a full refund. This includes diamond grading certificates and boxes in which jewelry was enclosed. All of these loose items must be returned in the exact same condition that you received them, or you will be charged a replacement fee. When your return has been received and inspected, your account will be credited all monies owed.
Sales Tax
New York sales are subject to additional sales tax.
Ring Sizing/Resizing
Free resizing services are offered within the first 90 days of the original shipment date. This usually takes about 4 business days. If there are special requirement or sizing discrepancies, it may take longer.
Repair Service
We offer repair services, unless we find that an item has been abused or altered.
Life Time Warranty
A nominal fee will be applied to any repair that is due to normal wear and tear or improper maintenance performed by a third party. Our warranty covers prong tightening, repolish of rhodium plating, and replacement of side stones lost due to broken prongs or gems that is caused by a manufacturing defect. We also offer free services for ring tightening, polishing, and cleaning. Loss of the center stone is not covered by warranty. If alterations were carried out by third parties, or the ring has been modified in any way, it is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.
Product Availability
All items on our website are subject to availability. In rare cases, especially during peak sales periods, items may be sold out before we have ample time to update the website. We will contact you personally if the item you purchased is sold out to discuss your options.
Pricing
We are careful to ensure that all listed prices on our website are accurate. In the rare case that an item has been incorrectly priced or described due to system or data-entry error, we reserve the right to make corrections, change errors, and/or cancel orders for said item. Prices are subject to change without notice because of frequent fluctuations in the diamond market.
Item Information/Images
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Your computer’s resolution, brightness, contrast, etc. may impact the picture of the item on your screen. The size and color of products may impacted. You are able to zoom in to see details and we highly recommend that you carefully read product descriptions. In accordance with industry standards and FTC rules, carat weight can vary +/- .5 carats from the given weight.
