Shipping Policy
We are happy to offer all of our customers FREE 2nd Day FedEX express shipping.
To ensure successful delivery of your package, note the following:
- We require a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- A person over the age of 18 must sign for the package upon delivery.
- Packages will only be mailed to the address registered with your credit card company. To send to another address, contact your credit card company and provide your desired shipping address.
- If you are unavailable to sign for your package, it can be shipped to the nearest FedEx office. This will allow you to sign for and collect it at your convenience. The location must fully staffed upon delivery.
International Shipping
We can ship to Canada and several other countries. For further information, refer to these policies.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship internationally at our discretion. This is unlikely, but you will be notified immediately if this applies to your order.
We will ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address via US Priority Mail for no extra cost.

To Our Valued Canadian Customers
We ship orders to Canada via FedEx International Priority for $ 60 (USD). Shipping should take 2 to 3 business days, though customs could delay shipment.
Our payment methods for Canadian customers include all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover ) and PayPal, issued through any US or Canadian bank. Purchases will be processed as USD.
See the chart below to assess taxes due to FedEx, which acts as our customs broker before release of the package. No duties apply.

We ship all other international orders via FedEx International Priority for $90 (USD). Shipping should take 2 to 4 businness days, though customs could delay shipment.
Our payment methods for international customers include all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover ) and PayPal. All charges will be processed as USD.
FedEx will collect duties and taxes before the package is released. See the chart below to assess taxes due. Shipments to France and Mexico require an import broker to clear the package at customs. Call 800-754-3046 with questions.
