Return Policy
Loveweddingbands believes in quality and your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Many retailers charge a restocking fee for returns; we don't charge you a cent.
Return Process
- Approval Code: Email service@loveweddingbands.com to get a return approval code. Write this code on the outside of your package to expedite processing.
- Careful Packaging: Please pack your item in a secure manner, using the original packaging. If there is a diamond certificate, this must also be included. All item(s) must be in their original condition. Do not list items on the exterior of the box (for security purposes).
- Send the Package: Using registered mail, fully insure the purchase price of the item. Refrain from disclosing the contents (for security purposes). We take no responsibility for loss or damage to an item during shipment.
- Name & Addresse: Clearly print your name and address on the exterior of the box.
- Refund: Usually, within five days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will fully refund your purchase.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
Upon inspection, if we determine that the product is in good condition, your refund will be processed within five business days. Refunds are issued in the same form as your original purchase. Bank wire transfers are refunded via a company check.
Reasons that items will not be refunded include:
- Item does not have an RMA number
- Item is received after 30-day return period
- Item is packaged incorrectly
- Item is damaged
- Item is uninsured
Returned items must not show sign of wear, be damaged, or altered. They must be in their original state.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made items (not in catalog, new model design, or customized outside of usual items)
Loose diamonds must include their original grading report. An additional $150, to replace the cost of this certificate, will be charged if the grading report has been lost.
We take no responsibility for return shipping that go missing in transit.
If you purchase similar items or similar ring sizes from us in order to compare them, the items are non-refundable. We do not offer comparison buying.
Resizing
We offer free resizing services if the desired difference is no greater than one ring size, half a size for rings that has diamonds and for eternity bands we may need to craft a new ring for the new size the cost depends on the model. To resize or exchange a ring, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
